Today was a crazy day...

Got scolded big time by my mother... n she cried the whole day...

I wonder y she wan to scold liao den cry... i nv bully her le... Den 'hong' her liao she also lidat... sian 1/3...

My stupid car ran out of petrol... crazy crazy... i siao siao drive the car from novena back to yishun, with the orange empty tank light on... Wah.. zai... possible le...

I drive as usual, but instead of accelerating, once the car hit 80 or 100km/h, i will put the gear into neutral(auto car fyi)... so can 'shen' petrol...

Finally, wen i reach my fav station (SPC! cheapest in singapore) i fill to full tank, i was so happy.. haha... but den hor, i still lack of 6 dollars to qualify me for 13% savings next month. But luckily, there was this 'bunk' (short for brother in malay... called bang actually) tat gave me his 6.35 petrol billing under my SPC card... haha.. i hit S$301.25 petrol for this month... wooahh.... qualify for more discount liao...(cheapstake right??? =p)

Yup.. My blog got cobwebs liao, therefore, it is time to update it...

UPDATES FROM SHANGHAI, Story 1

It happened on the last day of my Shanghai exchange program. Wat happen was LiLing lost her digital carmera on the day before departure. I got to know it at the nite itself. She had not report this incident to the police, hence, me and george(MBA student from Shanghai Uni) brought him to the school's police post to make a report.

It is strange for a city like theirs(or vice versa). If u lose something in a place, u have to call the police right away. US is 911, Singapore is 999, guess wat is Shanghai's no.?? 110... Only god knows this is the right no. to dial....

Yup, so after waking up the lazy 'gong an' to do the report for us, he brought us to the crime scene in a police car. Police car... wah... tat's the first time i sit in a police car... Not tat i 'mount turtle'... but anyone of u sat in the police car for 30mins jus for fun before? Ok... i did... well, let's carry on with the story...

We went to this place call Xiang Yang Lu... it is a place where all the fake LV, adidas, nike spawn. The place where liling got rob is at this really weird junction. On the left of the junction, it belongs to one police post, once u cross, it belongs to another police post. So technically, she got rob in the mid. Result=>

the whole junction is filled with red and blue lights at 12am. 3 x police car. 1 from the left junction, 1 from the right, 1 from my school. 1 x police motorcycle. I tink is their supervisor. 7x policeman down there debating whose area it belongs to... Me n liling is like... wtf....

It took them 3 hours to settle my report. We reported at abt 10.30pm. Case close at about 3.30am. Tat's how efficient it gets... hai... =p

Next time i post more interesting stories if i can remember.. haha... Time to go!

Shanghai to YiWu

Woke up this afternoon at abt 12pm..Did some of my laundry, put on my fake boss shirt n stuff... Head on to Shanghai railway station to make a trip down to YiWu.

(Yiwu is a business trade centre. my mum wanted me to go there to get samples for her company...)

It's crazy man.. i reached Shanghai mrt station when i saw a mrt staff quarreling with 2 passengers... i was like, wtf... why they like to quarrel so much?? Everyday, everywhere i see them quarrel.. on the train, at food centres, on the bus, and now at the gates of the mrt station.. Crazy pple they are...

Ate a quick and disgusting lunch.. Oh man, i forgot to bring my camera... Shit!

Well, nvm.. damn...

I got a train tix to YiWu. It departs at 2.06pm. I tot it was like 1.5hrs to YiWu... but it's like after board the train, one of the passenger told me it will take about 4.5hrs... wtf!!! This means i will hav to spend a night at YiWu... crazy man... now i waste more $$

The train was cool.. they have got aircons, flat screen tvs n stuff... well, not bad for a china rail train, but the sits ani't that comfy... sianz.... but well, i guess i can make do with it...

i reached the Wicked place YiWu... its like full of pple at the train station... like immigrants.. wicked...

got on a cab, and asked for the best hotel... He brought me to one of the better hotel in yiwu, which is also near to the business centre...

the hotel is great! i pay like S$35 i get to enjoy flat screen laptop 17", flat screen tv 30" and a water dispenser, a queen size executive bed, morning breakfast... sshiok~~!!!

ok man.. i wrote enuff... i will update again when i get internet access... Cheers guys~!!!

My home internet connection is down, jia let.... wan to see the grahem website n take my $900 progress $$ also cannot... i did a prelimary calculation, they sure take back the $900 plus interest with increase in GST, sa lee got need tax scheme GCT, VOT, AET.... (good citizen tax, vote opposition tax, after election tax...)

end up paying $900 plus interest, become Present Value= $1800...

Sian... better work hard to earn the extra $$ to pay all these...

Ok la...

It reminds me of my A levels econs...

It was about 4-5 years ago, when i am still a JC small little punk...
There i was siting, right in the middle of the hall. Armed with my calculator, pencilbox and water bottle, i scramble thru the paper... Blue and black ink flood the foolscrap, with glaring lines swiping all over the place. The atmosphere was tense; everyone is flipping here and there periodically.

Den i realise i am running out of paper. I kept my left hand up. Den i realise i need to draw lines; i put it down to use the ruler, and up again...

The teacher gave me some. 3 pieces... OMG~

I raise for more, 3 more. more more!!

I forgot how much paper i used liao, but i know is 2 digit...

This year econs less stressful, but seems that the questions @ 1st look quite diffcult cos it's tricky. But i tink it's ok la...

And it's the 1st time i see what an extra booklet look like. Wrote 1.5 worth of materials. Woo~ Hand nearly cramp... shag... i tink my index finger and thumb got 6 pac liao...

Finally can relax abit... cos econs i didn't go lecture, attend tutorials and do tutorials @ all... So was quite scared tot... Extremely stressful and fearful on the when i started revision of econs cos i scare i can't cover all the materials...

End up i re-read 29 chapters(20 pages each)of the textbook, made a set of self-written notes for all 12 lectures with aid of the textbook, re-do all the tutorials, did 5 sems of past year paper and read thru some of the mirco policies in another textbook( my fav JC John Solman textbook! ) All in 96 hrs. Non-stop hits.

Lets hope my attendance for tutorial and flunking one of the econs MCQ test will not drag my overall down... Wish myself luck...

I will be siting for my 1st exam papers. Organisational behaviour.

I strongly believe that i will excel in this subject. So do all the other subject. I have high internal locus of control. I believe i am a master of my own fate, things that happens is attributed to me, myself. I control my own life.

I also believe that there is a great supernatural body out there looking after me. I don't know wat is it. I have nv seen it be4. I think it is a mixture of all gods. It gave me the self-confidence to pursue wat i wan in life.

To be frank, i didn't study much. was sick the past few days. I am quite scared actually. I scare i cannot meet my own expectation. Sometimes i wan to cry. I tink it is natural to cry. I wan to run back to my mum, who is always there protecting me since i was a child.

Den i realise she will tell me not to worry abt all these things. Do your best and brace on when the results are out. There is nothing to be sad over.

Tat's how i taught myself. I didn't run back to mum. I told her this is wat i expect her to say. And that is wat exactly i did.

I feel stronger and more powerful den ever in my control over myself. I have minimise vulgarity recently. I am a master of my own.

I need to thanks those backstabbers, incompetent, jealousy, childish army frenz who taught me all these. Without them, i believe i wouldn't developed such strong belief about myself. No worries. I m not piss anymore. No point being piss also. =) thanks!

Damn it...

Got damn lousy grades for my coms mgt module... jus pass...

she say she cannot grade me cos i too innovative liao... if i nv talk during the fake 'online' interview, how can she grade me?

I was like 'WTX!! wats wrong with you?? is that how the stupid system is going to face the world when it is so dead and inflexible??'

Wat's more? they teach how to write a good memo... fine if it is like 7 years ago, people still use memo... how you tell me which corporation uses memo? i feedback that teaching how to write an email is much closer to reality... she say 'I will jus feedback to the coordinators' It's like telling me, 'nahz... jus go away, we will carry on teaching memo writing for the next 5 years as we know nuts abt writing email. I prefer be outdated den updated as the former is easier.'

I made an initial calculation... Onli if i get high class participation, high score for both the quiz and memo test today, (ie 80-90 percentile)den i got a chance to touch A. Maybe might end up in A- or B+...

Was going strong throughout the nite... Until this morning @ 8.15am, decided to take a nap. Got project meeting @ 9.30, which is be4 OB lecture @ 10.30am.

Eventually decided that i can't make it for both -> Slept for about 4 hrs be4 rushing to MLT to pass Josphine Lang her OB cd.

Had my comms management class later in the afternoon... as usual, spolited the market... Did an interview online rather than jus powerpoint presentation. Everyone was like, wow!

Had a 'quarrel-ful' session with my biz law tutorial mates for next week biz law presentation... haha... that was fun!

Suppose to go down to ACE creative to interview Mike n my mum, didn't happen... was too tired... slept @ abt 6.15pm - 12am...

-> Slept for about 6...

Total about 10 hrs... How can i sleep so much in a day...

Still wonder how i survive my army dayz... hardly get a wink for 5 days back-to-back mission...

And i better start channeling my energy towards the important things for this Sem... be4 i get distracted and do sth else again... LIKE BLOGGING... WTF...

Consistute 20% of my final grade, but apparently i anyhow do...

Went to OSPL today with some of my topaz friends

Interesting set up they have... Talked to malcolm also... i think his ambition and vision is at a level which can match my own.

I m not saying that his ambitions are like mine totally. There are overlaps, tot... I m describing the intensity and ferocity...

I wan a learning organisation. I wan team excellence. I wan personal development. I wan street savvy-ness, streetsmart.

I wan to grow with my people, jus like my some of the boys in my platoon, who shed their tears infront of me not because i am their leader; but because I made a difference in their lives.

So far in NTU, i have not met anyone who share such great passion in life as i do. I really wan to meet him/her if there is any.

Karen sae i m a persuasive talker. I don't know whether i am one. If i am one, i should be attached to this crush ever since i started school...

Don't worry. I mean my words. If i say this is my only CCA. It will be.

Nothing interesting today. Settled all the bills for V-day... Felt carefree again...

Heard from mel that NTU won the NUS Biathlon... Wahaha... Shiok~!

Apparently, there is no market for it already... Those who still believe there is a marketing model for it can try out next year. It was meant to be a fad, since now the trade secret is out. Well organised and orchestrated. Interesting world we live in; pple crave for new n exciting things. Existing of pple like me will satisfy such a need... lol... Hopefully

With regards to the real roses, only one complaint... The flowers of 3 stalks costing $9.90 arrived 15mins later den the stipulated 1 hr timing. n the driver didn't pass her the card. He told me he found it and put it in ther letter box anyway, but i m not gg to call that guy to tell him that it is found. He is too rude.

Went town to sell flowers. Sales was bad...

But wen we went over to east coast, it was gd...

I was glad that everyone were happy... i m a happy man too... i learn sth new...

I wish that i can spread happiness to the rest of the world...

Was really busy with fresh roses n glowing roses... Kin-ster scolded me for getting too involve with these stuff than sending in my application for New York Uni. Met twang today outside LT 1A. Apparently, some of my ex-coy guys still can't get over the fetish to stir my shit... I dun really care(tot i m writing it here). Prehaps one day when they need my help, den they will realize how sorry they may be when they stir pple's shit out of pure joy...

Facing some problems n hurdles in life... i guess i m too optimistic sometimes...

But it seems that sometimes being optimistic gave me the drive to do alot of things...

sometimes in life, we shldn't take things too seriously... some things may exceed expectation, others will fail... As long as i tried, i know that one day i will make it big. I swear...

Dear Dairy,

Today is a fruitful day... Not because i did my tutorials or wat-so-ever(they were nv done...)

Woke up after melvin called. He asked me whether i wan to go attend beky's concert. Met up with him @ yck mrt station. Got almost 'holland' ard the city, but manage to find bugis junction.

Saw Abi n pris. Abi looks pretty in her black shirt. N beky with her cool punk-ster dresscode. She sang quite well. I was quite impressed actually. Observed the whole organisation of the CAC outdoor concert. I see alot of wastages. Wun't comment much on it.

Went back, had a couple of pratas with mel @ jalan kayu. Reaching home, i was relaxing ard;surf net, msn n other stuff. Jus passing time to meet my next appointment with ku and gang. Went to causeway @ 6plus, apparently it has been a gathering of dates... Alvin brought her new gf to join us for a while, ku is still with her current stead(i mean nutting with this statement). All the singles sat one side, all the doubles were on the other.

I would go K-box again.. 6 person cost 136 dollars... wow! tat's expensive... my extra drink cost $7.50...

Send ShaoKai n Grace back home. tried to stay awake while msning this gal i crushed so long... i can't take it... tired...

Recently celebrated Alvin's Birthday @ Lot 1... Heard that he had a gf recently...

Terence is still staying strong with his first gf...

Apparently, everyone is asking me how to make flowers. They are going to make it for their galfriends...

I had the skills to make beautiful handmade flowers, but seems that i had no one to give to... My mum? perhaps... reserving it for her birthday ba...

The gal i loved no longer loved me, the gal i wish i could be with dun seem to respond very much...

Has been trying to msn her when she is online. She now responses to me more readily, but still, i find it hard to cough out topics to talk with her...

Oh ya... I wanted to post them up as soon as i heard abt it... but seems that time has caught up with my ability to handle things..

First case, 31 Dec, One of Yishun Hairdresser shop:
Me n HL went down to one of the hairdresser shop near our place to get a cheap $40 highlight plus haircut. I went for a recee the day be4, it's cheap! $25 bucks only...

Den when we reach there, apparently the place was like iraq warzone... So many pple were waiting outside n having haircut inside, so many hair on the floor, so messy the place... I guess that place is really popular ba

Well, this aunty ask me wat i wan, i say highlight for 2. For highlight, they dun have to do anything else, after applying the bleach, they can jus put us @ a corner... So my best guess is the profit margin is high, little work, so we r given prioity...

But both of us were like 'Kaoz, the place is worst than Bali Bombing...' We told the aunty, "sorry, we got something on, we will visit again another time" after she told us we were given 2 seats.

The aunty said wat i least expected.

Second Case, 4 Jan, Jurong Point:
Topaz went for outing to bid farewell to bernard n weiliang. I parked my car, and together with Karen, Sean, Bennett and Eugene were waiting for the lift.

Sean hands out a packet of Clorets for us. After taking one piece, i briefly mention that mint will cause low sperm count. Sean replied " I have too much to spare"

Den i was like, kao...

The next comment was," so when u r with this hot babe, den she asked u where's ur condom...

Den u take out a big tub of clorets, den start eating them...
This cause low sperm counts... so no worries...

Went to Yunci's birthday party on 31 Dec 2005, was walking along the 5 foot walk way towards the lift.

Was collecting all the details of other pple's tutor online... didn't worked out my way... all the gd teachers duno slot themselves where liao...

Changed my IT slot... I guess i went to terence's class. i like him... He's a silent worker... I tink i m too noisy for the rest of my tutorial class...

Perhaps that's y the adminstrative put me out of the same class... I kinda miss some pple in my old class... they r fun! But i guess it's more networking to be done in my totally new class for the coming sem...

Went to AJC dance club alummi concert today... pretty cool... but maybe too short ba...

Humm... today is not much of a day... Until dinner time when i met this fren of mine...

I shall name her SP (ops... should have kept the gender a secret...)

I was eating happily @ hall 13 canteen... until SP came by n say 'hi'.
SP ordered a chicken burger, ta pow... I ask SP y, she say she is gg to give children tuition under an event organised by WSC...

I was gg home, so i ask her to if she wans a lift to that tuition centre...

So after my dinner, i went back n pack my bag... SP was waiting @ my car...
Yup... there we go...!! i ask her where, she say take the 179 route...

So i exit the 179 route frm hall 1, went all the way down, pass city harvest, down down... den suddenly, she say ... 'i duno where le... cannot see the kopitiam..'

I was like... 'huh!' But kept my cool n say we go to jp bus interchange den from there she can figure the way the bus travels n den know where is the tuition centre

When we reach the interchange, i ask her, 'where now?'
SP say.. 'i duno where the bus turns... turns left or right huh? i know 199 turns right...'

I was like 'kaoz!' Nvm... den she suddenly say! '' hey, there is a 179! follow the bus!!!!'

I did a 180 sharp illegal U-turn, went behind the bus, den suddenly i tot... 'wah kaoz, dun tell me u need me to drive a car to follow a bus...'

*n we really did...

for every bus stop, i have to stop behind the bus n wait for it to pick up its passengers, den move again... n again... n again

Ever since the university life, i realise something very important...
Something i would nv have imagine, something i would need to learn it the hard way...
Something that no one can tell me whether it is right or wrong, coz there is no definite answer...

The thing is... tat...
if i eat n eat in hall, i will get fatter n fatter n fatter...

Prof Chris is damn good la... even invite us to his house for gathering after the exams... n his mark up for our written report is like - Wah!

After that, i tot life is cool, everything is sui... Nice n cosy...
Until HL call me and ask me to pick him up at Canteen B... the real stuff happens...There is this gal in green, standing by the road side where i pick up HL... She flag down my car, and ask if we can give her a lift out of campus.

Judging from me wanting to go back hall and to help her, she gave me all these reasons:-
1. She is carrying 2 bags of stuff, which she claims to be alot(true)
2. She say she have no $$ with her, or in her ATM.
=> no money for cab
3. She is rushing for time. She need to reach the place asap coz she say she's late.
4. She told me she is going to upper bukit timah to do her FYP.

In the light of these, i dun have the heart to spolit her FYP when she have no money and is carrying a no. of stuff... I seek advice on whether HL is free; given that the probablity i may fly her to upper bukit timah...

Agreed, both of us say ok, ask her come on board. I ask her to guide me along and she say no problem.

So there we were, dashing across KJE, moving towards her destination. Den i start uncovering some stuff... which eventually made me feel uncomfortable..
1. Her FYP mean Final Year-end Project. She is taking ntu arts this yr. Started school on almost the same date as most freshie did.
2. She brought me to see the dutch lady and windmill in holland. (ie, we gt to turn one big round back coz she mis the turn)
3. When we almost reached, it was abt 3. Later she confess that she has to report at 3.30pm.
4. She did say thank you when she left the car. But she didn't turn around and say byebye or thank you again for this free ride. She took her things, say thanks, and jus walk off. Didn't turn back.

Frustrated... Silent... Suffering...

wah.. as i m writing this... i m freezing man....

my fingers are numb, my nose is frozen...

just now was talking Ziming. He told me i m doing DO duty for the next few days...
haha... Singapore's extra duty bring over to Taiwan to clear... wat a joke...

Anyway, my leg was bitten by a bee on friday, resulting in 1 x pig trotter on my right foot...

Just read the news: Taiwan just had 2 x earthquake near taipei and 1 x protest at south of kaohsiung=> near the place HengChun, where i m currently staying...

lucky kaohsiung is 6hrs bus ride from hengchun, so i m still intact
Po pi i didn't go out for training in kaohsiung... if not ganna trempled by the pple also LL...

the best part of this 11 degree climate i m currently experiencing now is that i forgot to bring my sweater... cool ya?

Heng heng S1 got bring the $5 sweater he ordered for the battalion to Hengchun Camp...
Now i got a sweater... feel a little warmer lor... (Kaoz... u tink $5 can get thick thick gao gao one meh? Wait long long arh....)

The internet connections here is quite cheap.... NT$10 for abt 30mins...
